2010 Recap

My 2010 started out great, the ending however, not so much....
I turned 30 years old in 2010! I had so much fun on my cruise and sitting in the Gulf of Mexico relaxing in a hammock on my 30th will be something I will never forget. You can read about that here.
Seeing places like Panama and Cozumel was absolutely amazing. I hope to visit Cozumel again this year!!!
The photos from my photo shoot still provide me the motivation and self-confidence that I needed. I have slacked off lately in the gym, but that is changing and I will be back to normal very soon!
By far 2010 will be the year of the ROCK! Rock music that is. I have so many stories spinning through my head from all of the fun that I had. I can't wait to see what new bands I get to see in 2011.
There was lots of changes for me in 2010. I finished my Presidency at the Eagles and then successfully campaigned to be their Secretary. That lasted about 2 months before I had the biggest change of my life sprung onto me. After much internal debate, I decided to accept a new job in Austin, TX. You can read about that decision here.
Of course I had the usual turmoil in 2010, which had such a wide range of emotions. From people planting ideas in my head to women making up stories about me. I managed to make it through it all ok.
Living in Austin these past 5 months has been great. Of course, now that I'm not going to be wasting my time traveling back to the Burg to visit a woman, I can finally accept and embrace my life down here. It should be a great ride! ;-)
Places like Hamilton Pool is where I plan to spend a majority of my summer. I'm sure there are many more places to visit and I'm excited for the warm weather to get here.
If I could just remove the last 7 days of 2010 from my memory I would rank 2010 as my best year ever. I am still in shock over what happened. Of course, me being a bad guy, I shouldn't let it bother me! ;-)
Well, I'm planning another blog post to capture my 2011 resolutions...
So for now, here's to the new friends I've made, the friends I've kept, and my family whom I love!!! Thank you all so much for being there for me!
And if you made an enemy of me in 2010, watch out!
Thanks for reading...
